Abstract | |||
This analysis seeks to compare circulating levels of the hormone prolactin among breast cancer cases and controls nested within the PLCO screening trial cohort. Associations of prolactin levels with breast cancer risk factors and risk of breast cancer will be examined. These associations will be evaluated after adjusting for estrogen metabolite measures that were obtained previously. Prolactin values obtained during this study may be contributed to a pooling project examining associations of prolactin levels with risk of breast cancer. All samples and data have been de-identified. |
