Abstract | |||
The Branch is expanding collaborations with other DCEG investigations that will clarify the role of EBV in gastric cancers of different subsites and histologies in the Shandong and other completed gastric cancer studies. EBV antibody profiles in sera and EBV load in blood lymphocytes (from cases and controls), as well as gene arrays, EBV load, and H. pylori sequencing in gastric tumor tissue, would be examined. |
