Abstract | |||
This project has three main objectives: (1) to locate all available data on nitrate and pesticide levels for public water supplies and private wells in the study area (2) to identify populations in the study area to which the monitoring data apply, and (3) to estimate nitrate leves in private wells in the time period when monitoring data are available to validate estimates. This information will be used in a ecologic analyisis of cancer incidence to be conducted by NCI investigators. The level of analysis will be the census block group. |
