Abstract | |||
This study is designed to develop an advanced dosimetry calculation tool for the patients undergoing computed tomography examinations. The main tasks of the study include: (1) developing a comprehensive organ dose database covering different age, gender, CT scanners, and scan technic factors, (2) incorporating the organ dose database into a graphical user interface-based computer program, and (3) performing experimental validation of the organ dose database by using the experimental measurements. |
