Abstract | |||
"""The NCI has previously pooled data from three case-control studies of NHL among men from Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas, and Nebraska to create a large resource to evaluate potential risks from pesticides and other exposures. The pooled dataset contains detailed information on pesticide use and other factors for approximately 1,000 cases and 3,000 controls. Data for other cancer sites (HL, MM, and STS) are also available from the NCI as part of these case-control studies. Since the Cross Canada Studies Pesticides and Health study design and postal and telephone questionnaires were modeled on the NCI case-control studies, minimal efforts will be needed to harmonize data.
