Abstract | |||
We have assessed circulating sex steroid hormones in relation to Barrett's esophagus using the NCI DCEG BEEDS Study (published in Clinical Gastroenterology and Hepatology). We are now assessing this hypothesis in an external validation study (manuscript in draft) with additional extension to esophageal adenocarcinoma using three prospective cohorts (study underway). |
