Abstract | |||
This project aims to evaluate the effect of commonly used medications on cancer risk, progression, and mortality. We will use linkage databases containing patient level prescription and clinical information such as the UK clinical practice datalink, Medicare, and HMO databases. We will also evaluate drug-drug interactions and identify possible demographics and clinical modifiers of cancer risk in relation to the medication of interest. |
