Abstract | |||
High circulating adiponectin levels have been associated with a reduced risk of mutiple myeloma (MM). However, it is unclear whether adiponectin effects are more closely related to initiation of tumor development or progression from MGUS to MM. To address this question, we will investigate circulating adiponectin levels among patients diagnosed with MGUS, asymptomatic smoldering MM, and fully developed MM. |
