Abstract | |||
This study evaluates questionnaire-based, biochemical, and genetic risk factors for colorectal neoplasia among participants in the PLCO Trial, a randomized control trial to evaluate the effectiveness of screening for prostate, lung, colorectal and ovarian cancer. The study includes over 150,000 subjects, aged 55-74 years, recruited from 10 U.S. Screening Centers. The study seeks to identify risk factors for both colorectal adenoma and cancer. |
