Abstract | |||
A retrospective medical record linkage study to ascertain whether ART/IVF treatment is associated with long-term cancer risk in women.ART exposure will be captured via medical record abstraction and electronic record review of all cycles performed at 24 IVF units in Israel between 1997 and 2004. Nationwide IVF data will be linked to the National Cancer and National Birth registries to gather information about subsequent occurrences of cancers among the study cohort and to gather important information on reproductive parameters that could act as confounders or effect modifiers of the exposures of interest for this investigation. |
